Feature Request: Russian and Spanish Language Support

Thank you for your wonderful work on the MARS5 model! I was wondering if there are any plans to open source support for Russian and Spanish languages in the near future. These languages would greatly expand the reach of this impressive project, and I believe the community would benefit from this and be excited to contribute if support is made available.

Other similar issues were closed. Would be nice to keep this one open since it's a significant one from an OSS PoV.
Could you at least provide a general roadmap about the next language(s) release and when, like which quarter/year will see the release of language X ?
