Description under the site title, and side bar not showing

Description under the site title, and side bar not showing.

I try running this locally in windows, but failed to show my Title description and the side bar. Tried reading the Documentation maybe i am to tired to find it 😅

Edit from hugo.yaml, change the subtitle value.

Thanks, in my case it in hugo-theme-stack in config.yaml only editing the sidebar subtitle here then my web reflected. But i have another question! in the demo it shows this sidebar on the right sidebar. I couldn't find a way to

show them on mine

Thanks. I had to convert them from yaml to toml finally it appears!! Thank you for narrowing down my search!
