Download project changes #260
Description
Changes for download project page:
- Remove wizard steps and make this a single window (only 1 step and autoclose download status window)
- Hide project-related fields until project has been selected from the project dropdown
- Change buttons to 'Cancel' and 'Download'. Download button is disabled until a project has been selected
- Replace second (current wizard) page with small progress window that closes upon completion.
