Add a way to explain how snapper works

Hello!

I thought it'd be nice to have a section on the wiki explaining how to setup btrfs snapshot, and how to roll back to them if the system fails to boot (from a live USB for example).

Maybe that's a suggestion you already thought about but I think it'd be a nice addition to the wiki.
