`netdata` package can not connect to cloud, causing it to fail startup

The netdata package in the CachyOS (at least the x86_64_v3) repo is broken when connecting to the Netdata cloud.

By this I mean it gets ErrUnsupportedAgent or do not retry: unsupported agent when trying to connect to the netdata cloud, which causes it to exit immediately.

I can fix this by forcibly installing it from stock Arch -> extra repo (as opposed to cachyos-extra-v3.

Not sure why the servers reject this agent, but it might be an idea to just exclude this package from the repositories entirely.

Also, sorry if this isn't the right repo to report this on.
