Timezone of scheduled job #992
Description
When I schedule job via FE UI displays time when it will be executed like At 01:13 PM. In situation when server runs in different time zone than user the real time might be different.
I think it would be nice to receive at least warning that server is running in different (and which) time zone than user. So maybe displaying ** "AT 01:13 PM GMT" assuming that the server is running in GMT TZ. User typically have no chance to discover which timezone server uses.
