SWAKS - Swiss Army Knife for SMTP might be right tool for testing SMTP.

But I'm unsure if this is right approach. Testing will only works when installing, if mail server stop responding other day and CZERTAINLY get restarted, the notification component will fail again.

Better approach might be update email Notification Provider to not fail when it can't connect to mail server.

Or adjust checking for successful installation. Now helm runs with --wait=true and --timeout=20 this causes unnecessary waiting in case of semi-permanent error, like incorrect mail server parameters.

Any thoughts? @jakub-moravek @3keyroman @lubomirw ?
