Help needed

Sorry for disturbing you, and using github this way, but I cannot reach you since a week.

I'm wiriting to you because I couldn't reach support.
I had an e-mail account at you by the name krammark@ctemplar.com but as I heard you had a dataloss in september and my account got deleted. I tried to reach support so that they could give me an invite code to registrate again but they said they can't because of to much people using your service. Today I tried to create a paid account but because you will shut down I can't.

I received emails from spotify at your service and because I logged into my spotify account once throught tor they sent me a password reset and logged me out from everywhere, and because of this I can't reset my password or change my email address at spotify and I can't access my spotify playlists.

So please could you help me registrate krammark@ctemplar.com again so I can regain the control on my Spotify account.
That's all I want.
