I am trying to add a one-time onboarding questionnaire onto the scheduleview if it was not completed during the onboarding process. So far, I have added a new list and section onto the scheduleview and created a view for the onboarding survey with a button that says start questionnaire. I am having trouble understanding how to link this button to my questionnaire as a separate process from the onboarding and how to get rid of the survey after it has been completed.

Additional context

My task was to create a onboarding survey to fill out basic patient information. It has been incorporated in the onboarding process as optional. If it is not completed during onboarding, it needs to show up on the dashboard until it is completed.
