Update provision software

Update Python, pip, and other software (django, geoserver) in the provisioning script
Add printouts and allow some debugging to occur
Each section should be enabled/disabled and print pass/fail?
Remove shared folder to kpurdon user directory.
Remove reference to snfs1
Comment acronyms and software packages in more detail and what they are for (where did the list of dependencies come from for example)
