Creation order of tabs is not preserved through export/import #137
Description
d14700b made sure that the creation order is respected (as a tie breaker for xw:order) when reordering tabs, but the information about creation order is not preserved when using xw:export.
Workaround: explicitly xw:set-order of tabs. (The order property is saved when exporting.)
