Semaphore issue "ERROR ~DLT sem free error: 1 - Operation not permitted" on QNX

Hi

I tested dlt_demo_setup.md example. This example works well on Ubuntu.
But This example has semaphore error message on QNX. Execute permission is root. dlt-daemon's configuration is default.

I want to know why this issue occurs and how to resolve it.

Tech debt, leave it for now.
The point of replacing the semaphore with mutex errcheck and now the issue bypass for product release, but tech debt is still there as an indication of true positive from the mutex.
Team planned for this on the roadmap internally and is ready to fix in maybe ... next year.
