There is no longer this issue. After the program runs automatically, the file that generates the dlt is empty
The example of the app storing files on its own is not clear enough, while the example of sending files to dlt daemon for storage is clearer
I feel like the app needs to store the examples separately and not make them too complicated
When dlt daemon stores files and enables compression, it cannot be configured to on_stypesize mode

Please check function dlt_init_file. Before row 648 (return DLT_RETURN_OK;) need to add next row:
dlt_user_init_state = INIT_DONE;
otherwise we cannot write to local file.

@sever-bakin182 got the point. This is due to the replacement of old Finite State Machine model with the new one. (old one is boolean states, new one has 4 states 😬 ). The replacement not yet for dlt-example-user but only in libdlt -> mismatch of state, 1 is done but in new SM it is IN_INIT_PROGRESS!
Hence I update the fix and let reviewer done for merging.
