Preinstall Sunup distributor for UnifiedPush

To enable push notifications one needs to install a distributor application. For testing purposes, we can use Sunup.

We could pre-grant necessary permissions to it if necessary.

Push notifications sample app and the necessary library are part of https://github.com/COVESA/covesa-aosp-sdk

Let us build Sunup with Android Studio and integrate a final APK.
