Intake conversion SeaIce_Plot_Example (#369)

* converting from cc to intake

* Incremental tidyup

* Shift SeaIce_Plot_Example before merging from main

* Merge in updates from earlier portion of branch

* Further work on SeaIceCoordinates

* Further work on SeaIceCoordinates

* Temporarily split example by model for better development/debugging

* Working versions for both models, with coord addition for SIS2

* Return combined Sea_Ice_Coordinates notebook

* Updated recipe, should address all @anton-seaice's comments

* WIP (think notebook is done)

* Ready to go I think

* tweak chunking and move back to single notebook

* Rerun notebook with @anton-seaice's changes

* Notes about resources & environments

* Add 'coordinates' to the title cell
