In FF (on the right), the Parking Facilities Fund label is present; In Chrome (on the left) the label is missing

Additinal information on how to get this issue to display:

1. Display in chart view in FF and in Chrome
2. Click the Chart View button on both browsers
3. In FF (on the right), the Parking Facilities Fund label is present; In Chrome (on the left) the label is missing

Thanks Allen - this feature dynamically displays labels based on available width . FF and Chrome may interpret this slightly differently. We are going to put this issue on hold for v1.
