Throw exceptions for wrong intputs

For example:

• Number of coefficients in outgoing data rate in template is wrong, e.g., constant is missing.
• Source file re-defines and overwrites the same source multiple times, ie., same VNF and same node. In this case, B-JointSP only considers the last definition. Should at least throw a warning.
