[PSST] Do not mail on timeout #96
Description
It's probably a bad idea to send an email from the pilot when things timeout -- some pilots might run in containers (no functioning mail agent) and we'll overrun Rokas' inbox quickly.
Ideas:
- Send UDP packet to old dashboard.
- Work on non-blocking HTTP post.
- Homegrown UDP server that just logs errors and pushes to LogStash.
