Integrate BLE Broadcast services to KNoT #2
Description
Using Gateway as bridge/proxy, allow previous registered devices to push data to KNoT cloud through a BLE Gateway/Scanner. The idea is to implement a mechanism to register KNoT devices and assigning/binding to Bluetooth broadcast services.
