Website chang log page has not been updated since 2024.3 #981
Description
Problem
The SSVC website has this change log page: https://certcc.github.io/SSVC/about/changelog/
Per conversation with @ahouseholder , this page predates our use of GitHub Releases where we publish release notes at https://github.com/CERTCC/SSVC/releases
Proposed solution
Add a tip admonition at the top of the https://certcc.github.io/SSVC/about/changelog/ page to explain that these are old, this page is not maintained, and to direct visitors to https://github.com/CERTCC/SSVC/releases
