Remove or audit hard-coded age values #257
Description
The report has a hard-coded age maximum of 100, but hospitalization age group binning uses 120. We need a consistent value, possibly supplied as a parameter. With that parameter, it would make sense to also include a property progression that after 365 days, Age is incremented by one and, when someone is over than maximum age, Alive is stored as false.
