Reporting Issues

In order to help us helping you, please do the following when reporting issues.

In front of your issue, add the following :

Distro : Your Distro (Ubuntu, Fedora, ...) and it's version (11.04, 11.10, 15, ...)
System : Please add here the results of the following commands :

sudo dmidecode -s baseboard-manufacturer
sudo dmidecode -s baseboard-product-name
sudo dmidecode -s baseboard-version
sudo dmidecode -s system-manufacturer
sudo dmidecode -s system-product-name
sudo dmidecode -s system-version

Bumblebee version : Please add the result of dpkg-query --show bumblebee
nVidia driver version : Please add the result of dpkg-query --show nvidia-current

Then, describe as acurately as possible your problem.
