Update Fan System #52
Description
add a PR to the schema to:
- deprecate FanSize
- Add FanMaximumFlowRate (to mirror the pump). This is replacing FanSize. Assuming that gets approved, change the above to require FanMaximumFlowRate instead of FanSize
