Is it possible to add "import csv" to a button in the app interface?

I'd like to make a simple app interface for the following workflow:

• import pre-formatted csv (updates existing database)
• select template from given options
• export database fields into that template

However, I don't see any way to add a bulk file import to an app interface, and I don't want to have staff working with the data tab directly. My company works primarily with offline files, so there's no way to integrate the source data directly.

Is this possible in Budibase?
