Any other way to build cascading dropdown filters？

I need to manuly add relation ship column in DATA funtion，like many regions to 1 city，can I upload the relation-ship one time？

If 1 city contains 1000 store，the only way to creat relationship in data is serach these 1000 store name and manuly clike “+” 1000 times to bind them with 1 city？🙄
