Conditional - Change Card Block text Color or background Color on value

In a card block, I have a data field "Status". When this status is changed to "Completed", I would like the text to appear bold green OR optionally change the background color of the single card. I have found this capability for conditional colors on rows within a table but not on a card. I have ejected the block and tried a few things (CSS, JS) and it really got wonky on me. Is this possible?
