docs: Add Easypanel as a deployment method

Easypanel it's a modern server control panel. You can use it to deploy Budibase on your own server.

Instructions

• Create a VM that runs Ubuntu on your cloud provider.
• Install Easypanel using the instructions from the website.
• Create a new project.
• Install Budibase using the dedicated template.
