Use simulation to test every subsystem

Use WPILib simulators to test every subsystem by printing out what the desired manipulation of the subsystem that you have commanded.

For example:

• Arm subsystem
  • Test if the commanded angle is the correct one you have requested.
• Elevator subsystem
  • Test if the commanded height is what we requested.
• Horizantle Actuator
  • Test if the desired extension is what we have requested.

This must be done outside of shop times unless there is time available during shop.
