Documentation website shows wrong version. #218

What happens
Going to the documentation site shows the version number in the web page title. This appears in the tab title in the web browser.
For example, this page: https://britishgeologicalsurvey.github.io/etlhelper/etl_functions.html has a title of "ETL functions — ETL Helper 1.0.0 documentation".
What should happen
The version number in the title should be v1.0.2, as this is the current release.
