Show station activity if user is active on irc.

Requested by Rob so he can use irc on his phone, connect directly to the #dxspottv channel and yet appear active (green) on the spot map.

Current thinking is to use an irc bot to monitor users logged in to the irc channel and register activity through the dxspot api.
