Audio Recording/player in the Editor page

Need to add the audio player in the resource card whenever the audio resource is available to play the audio, and a way to record the audio translations this should also accommodate three takes if needed(both UI and backend) and there should be a way to playback the recording as well.

• placing the audio player and recording the UI which incorporates three takes [ET 5.5]
• audio recording( with required format and specification )[ET 2]
• plan the audio file save[ET 3]
  • save the audio file in the project (ie creating new folder with book name if needed and with the audio file name with chapter_verse_take(_default).wav)
  • we need to update the metadata.Json
• Selecting the audio take should update the metadata.json file[ET 1.5]
• audio player with waveform [ET 2]
• Add an audio player to play the audio available for the resource in the resource panel/card[ET 4]
• review Code
• fixing the issues
• QA testing
