Inaccurate dates on bikes

When creating a new bike, the donation date is always set to 2024-10-27. This date cannot be edited.

For all dates associated with a bike (Donation date, CPIC Date, Out of Shop Date), if a user updates the bike all dates go back by one day.
Example:

1. A bike is created with the donation date: 2024-10-27, CPIC date: 2024-12-12, and out of shop date: 2025-01-14.
2. Later, a user clicks on the bike and hits update.
3. The bug changes the donation date to 2024-10-26, CPIC date to 2024-12-11, and out of shop date to 2025-01-13.
