Hello, Sorry you're hitting problems. There is a bug report for this: #994 The reason you're seeing this is that, for historical reasons, the program always used to make a copy of the style record whenever you used it in a recipe. There was a bunch of jiggery pokery behind the scenes to hide all the duplicate records and ensure you only see the "original" master record from which all the copies were made. Newer versions of the code have stopped creating the automatic copies, but have also stopped hiding the previously automatically-made copies. I do have some ideas to make it easier to get rid of the duplicates, and will try to include at least one of these improvements in the next release. |

Thanks for that. Great program and not too big an issue for me. If you can fix it, that would be appreciated. I was considering exporting and reinstalling, but sounds like the links will remain. |

I am not sure if this is dealt with elsewhere, but couldn't see it. Each time I upgrade, on a Ubuntu machine, I seem to get another instance of each style in the style database. If I export the database and look in sqlite, there is only one version, but when I create a new beer, I have several versions. If I try and delete the extra style, it says they are linked to a recipe. Hopefully the screen shots make sense.
