Suggestion - New Command: hemtt licence {name}

During creating of hemtt, a licence can be chosen and will be added by hemtt.

I personally rarely use hemtt new but simply fork a template/start new repo from atemplate when starting a new mod.

Therefore, i would like to suggest a new command to add/update the Licence to an exsiting project.

I was thinking of something along the lines of `hemtt license apl-sa` for example
