Photoshoot doesn't log an error if a workshop mod isn't downloaded

Tools (complete and add to the following information):

• HEMTT: 1.16.2
• Operating System: Windows 11

Description:
hemtt launch will log that a mod from the workshop is missing and provide a link to it. hemtt photoshoot will not display any message and will fail to launch the game.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a workshop id for a mod that isn't downloaded
2. Run hemtt photoshoot

Expected behavior:
Hemtt should log that the mod isn't downloaded

Logs:
Probably not needed, but can create logs if needed
