PCR is no longer being maintained

It's been a long time coming, but I'm officially stopping maintenance of Prisma Client Rust. I'm doing this for a couple of reasons:

• I built PCR to use in Spacedrive, but my current work doesn't even use Prisma
• Prisma are moving away from Rust, meaning that upgrades to newer Prisma versions will require maintaining query interpreters and database driver adapters myself, which I have no interest in

It was fun to build PCR initially, and I still think the PCR query syntax is some of the best of any Rust ORM, it just doesn't make sense for me to keep working on it. Thanks to everyone who has supported the project and starred the repo over the years.
