Unable to access Self Care

When trying to access Self Care I get the header and left navigation links, however, The middle portion is blank/white. I have the same problem with Firefox and Edge. I click on the support link and it will not accept my password. I'm able to log in to the Desktop. ???
My callsign has changed and I'm trying to update to the new one.
