Unable to save self-care settings

When I try to set the self care settings, and I click "Save",
the page reloads with the default settings again.
I can confirm that the settings are effectively not changed.

Tested on Firefox 62.0.3 and Chrome 67.0.3396.99 on Arch Linux (x86_64).

Safari in iOS 12.1 (16B92)

Ok, by pressing enter from the text field instead of the “save” button it saves correctly the data except for the APRS icon.
Maybe this can help.
