Command "preprocess imc images" generate tiff file with only image for one channel

Hi,
I have been working with Steinbock for big IMC files ( more than 10G), one issue I am having now is the image preprocessing.
It generated a tiff file with only the image for one channel but the file size is big. imcRtools can only identify one channel image as well. Could you please help me figure out this issue? Thank you!
