Broken theme

yes im dumb, i dont need to hear it again. But i installed a theme for my admin panel, went great, tried to uninstall theme. Failed. reinstalled blueprint and pterodactyl panel. but every time i put blueprint back on, that theme is there again. Ive tried installing another theme over it. That didnt work either. Ive already cleared caches. Not sure what to try next, any ideas would be helpful
