Multitrack CDs

I recently built a BlueSCSI. It’s a v1 and has old firmware. I’m still waiting for my flasher to flash the latest firmware.

As I’m playing around I came across multitrack bin/cue images, where some of the tracks are audio. From my understanding BlueSCSI doesn’t support these completely, as it would need a CD out port. Is the only way to play those properly to burn a physical CD?

EDIT: I tend to forget that BlueSCSI is a general SCSI emulator. I’m using it on a Macintosh specifically
