There is no race condition - the bluescsi wont respond to commands while it comes up, which is almost instant, and then respond to commands when it is ready. I'd suggest going through each step of our troubleshooting guide first to address any easy things first and we can troubleshoot from a good known state after that. |

I've recently fitted a BlueSCSI V2 to my Mac IIcx and it seems to work fine - most of the time.
Occasionally it will hang during boot either at the happy Mac screen or the Welcome to Macintosh screen. The activity light on the BlueSCSI just flashes on and off in a regular pattern.
If I shut off the power and try again it will boot up properly.
I'm wondering if this could be some kind of race condition where the Mac is trying to access the drive before the Pico is properly powered up?
The BlueSCSI is powered via the Berg connector so the Pico has to boot up at the same time as the Mac, I guess I could try powering via the USB socket on the Pico before switching on the Mac.
