SCSI Initiator Mode requested, but not supported

Good afternoon.
Please tell me what sequence of events should be to switch the device to initiator mode?
Out of 5 boards, only one worked for me. others with correctly set jumpers and an ini file display in the log - SCSI Initiator Mode requested, but not supported.
They were ripped off according to a template from one batch of components. How to debug this problem?

The check is if the board has i2c supported or not (as any desktop board 2023.09a and later has Initiator and I2C.)

I'm not sure about your last sentence - what was ripped off? Any missing components would have unknown effects.

How is the I2C interface implemented in hardware on the 50PIN board?
what elements is it formed by?
Looks like I'm having trouble with this...

Could you please let us know what hardware revision this PCB is? It should say in the silkscreen near the BlueSCSI logo.

Thanks guys for the tip on i2c!
I read about the implementation of the bus and saw that two pull-up resistors R24 R26 and capacitance C22 were missing!
I have a board revision of 09a, and on one I soldered these elements and on the other four I thought they were unnecessary :)
After your answer on initialization and the i2c bus, I looked at the diagram again and realized what my problem was :)

Just curious, is it a different form factor you're targeting? Or what did you change?

Also notably, only the Desktop 50 Pin style PCB supports initiator mode as noted in the instructions.
