Changing start.sh file through config

is there any way I can change this line in start.sh file from fcu_url:=tcp://0.0.0.0:5777@ to fcu_url:=tcp://0.0.0.0:5777@/?ids=255,240/ through config?

A new version 0.0.2 was just created, should be available on the store in the following minutes.
On this version, a new environment variable was created: ROS_MAVROS_FCU_URL
