[Feature Request] suggestion threads

What i mean
When you create an suggestion and have set_suggestion_from_channel: set to true their is no clean way of sending messages in that channel so i thought maybe you could add an feature the automatically opens an thread on a suggestion

How
when option set_suggestion_from_channel: set to true the bot automatically makes an thread on the suggestion

Extra
Maybe add option Create_thread_on_suggestion maybe so people can toggle it

Discordsrv is using jda 4 which cannot see or interact or even create threads 😢
