Allow to update directories via an link operation 

**Motivation**
With #4924, it is possible to create a directory via an link operation, we now want to add the ability to create a new revision of this directory

**Acceptance criteria**
1. The user must have the write permission for directories
2. The directory must exist in S3 and be a directory
