No screen switching for CyberVision 64/3D emulation

Describe the bug
When using Workbench with ScreenMode set to a CyberVision 64/3D screen mode and then opening a program that uses a Amiga chipset no screen switching is done.
One can switch between screen using the Amiga-m key but no graphics is changed when using a native Amiga chipset screen is in front.
This is run on a HD image from a real A4000.

Expected behavior
Switch screen to native Amiga chipset screen when they are in front.
