A quieter week at Blazing Solutions HQ so we're a little light on updates.

@AnkurSheel and @jonhilt continued discussion on the docker pull request.

We're looking for feedback on the wireframe for the time entry page.

@jonhilt mentioned that it would be good to agree a process for managing database updates (migrations) going forward so I'll look to put together a summary of the various options that have been discussed so we can settle on an approach.
