The error description is a bit too vague to be able to help. However, BlackArch's ISOs are quite old and may be buggy. I suggest you install either ArchLinux (manual) or EndeavourOS (guided GUI install) and then follow the Installing on top of ArchLinux instructions to add BlackArch repositories on it. |

Type: Question
What am I doing incorrectly?
I downloaded the slim BlackArch ISO, flashed it to a drive with MultiBootUSB and tried booting from it. It started off working fine. I tried to install it onto my laptop and that was fine until it stopped installing (about 50% through). It said that it could not complete the installation and said something about another error (sadly, I can't remember the precise wording). I thought "OK, maybe I did something wrong" and decided to try again from the start. This time, I had to manually partition the SSD (which was a pain) and then it did the same thing. I use an older laptop that hates windows 10/windows 11 with a passion.
Is there anything that I did incorrectly?
