My phone can't find the NerdMinerAP

I have the T Dongle S3 and my phone doesn't see it in the WiFi list

Does the Dongle have to be reset? (and how would I do that?)

It shows my Internet WiFi and the printer and nothing else

Could someone give me a hand, please?

Found it.
And it shows under saved networks.
But it doesn't connect.
So how do I access the configuration?
Do I have a device that's already been used?
